How It Works

1. Stop in during business hours for an estimate…no appt necessary. (Most estimates can be done in 15-20 minutes depending on the damage)
2. Our professional staff will go over the damage with you and explain your options.
3. If you are going through your insurance company, we will make sure they get all the necessary paperwork etc.
4. You can make an appt at the time of your estimate, or call us when you’re ready to schedule.
5. On the day of your appt, we can give you a ride through our free local shuttle service, or we can even have a rental vehicle set up for you. (We also have a night drop off if you would like to drop it off after hours)
6. While your vehicle is in our shop, you can check our website daily for updated photos of your vehicle during the process.
7. When your vehicle is ready, we will contact you and let you know you can pick it up.
